Return policy means ?
We offer a 15 days inspection period for you to review gemstone. The 15 days period begins when you
sign or receive item from the shipping carrier. If, you are not satisfied with item, you can return it for a
full refund.
Do you offer an extended inspection period ?
If you need an extended inspection period, special circumstances can be agreed upon; however, they
must be done so prior to the shipment of your item. Please contact us to make special arrangements for
an extended inspection period.
Returning an item ?
Damaged items will not be accepted. If you would like to return an item, then please contact us to
request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Do not send in a return unless you have
an RMA number. All shipments will be refused and returned to sender if an RMA has not been issued.
Depending on the value of the item you are returning, you will be given special instructions on how to
send in a return. Items returned must be in the same new condition as they were when they were
delivered to you.

RETURNS
- 100% money back policy for a maximum period of 15 days, starting from the day you have received the
gemstone. - If you find the product damaged or not as described on the listing, we are happy to refund your
payment once we received the item. - It is that simple! The only condition is that the item must be returned unused, unchanged, undamaged
& including the complete packaging, documentation, certificates, etc. - Shipping Charges are not refundable.
